September Execution Plan

Planning Aug 31 – Sep 4 · Execution Sep 7 – 25 · QA buffer Sep 28 – Oct 2 · 40 workstreams · 13 people · Reconciled with the Sep 1 + Sep 3 roadmap reviews · Leave (subtracted from each person's capacity, per the leave calendar): Sep 7 Labour/Labor Day: Aditya, Anmol, Jatin, Rabia, Scott · Sep 14 Ganesh Chaturthi: Akshit, Arbind, Omar, Surjoy, Vaibhav · Sep 30 Truth & Reconciliation: Anmol, Jatin, Rabia · Oct 2 Gandhi Jayanti: Akshit, Arbind, Omar, Surjoy, Vaibhav (both in buffer week, no capacity impact) · Surjoyday on vacation planning week, Omar out Sep 4
Month goal: reach PMF proof fast — critically solve the target customer pain and make the win visible, so our claims are real. CI is the moat, the foundation, and the thing to build ASAP (Sep 4 ruling). The Sep 3-18 explainability rebuild is a CI DEPENDENCY, not a replacement for it: CI cannot stand on a broken explainability layer, and the rebuild is triaged CI-first (rule books, human-in-the-loop). CI integration lands week 3. Messaging leads (Aditya + Scott); product direction and every platform surface follow the message. Every developer carries platform QA tickets toward the sub-100 bug goal. P# = your drop-everything order: the lower number wins every collision.
Lane 1 · CI v1 context graph (the moat) + explainability rebuild Lane 2 · SOC 2 (Sep 25) P1 build Customer-dated Process Stretch / shelved — first to cut Holiday
How to read: tasks per person; TWO capacity lines (planning week vs execution, after FD buffers: Arbind 40%, Jatin 30%, Aditya 30%, Anmol 20%, Vaibhav 15%, Aditya Saini 10%, Pooran 50/50, Chirag full FD; Scott is off this board, his GTM work is tracked outside). Estimates are proposals — you correct them at sizing. Stretch items are excluded from the load math. P# is your personal drop-everything order: when two tasks collide, the lower number wins. No item outranks your P1. Personal leave days are subtracted from execution capacity.

Red ▼ marks hard dates (Sep 4 stats · Sep 8 evals verdict · Sep 25 demo + SOC 2 internal · Sep 30 DB/MCP). Hatched bands = holidays. Buffer week = regression QA only; the shelved replay harness is the stated buffer-week dev option.
